Flow Profiles:

Random Flow Mode - The Nero 5 pump offers a captivating experience with its random flow mode. This mode randomly alters the flow rate throughout the day, creating a mesmerizing natural water movement within your reef tank. 

Pulse Mode - A Method for Creating Standing Waves in Aquariums. The Nero 5 aquarium pump can be utilized in Pulse Mode to generate standing waves. The pulse interval can be adjusted to harmonize with the aquarium’s ecosystem, including the maximum flow rate. While creating standing waves can introduce additional stress to the aquarium, it serves as an effective method for dislodging settled detritus from inaccessible areas. 

Constant Flow - Set and forget! Simply adjust the desired flow rate, and the Nero 5 will maintain that speed until you modify the mode or flow. 

Schedule Creation: Develop a comprehensive schedule that accommodates various flow modes. The MyAi application facilitates the creation of schedules for your flow, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

Feed Mode - If you target feed or broadcast feed, having a pump with feed mode is quite the bonus. Long press the driver button for 2-5 seconds to put the Nero 5 into feed mode for 10 minutes. 

All-Off Function: Utilize the all-off function to manually turn off the pump at your convenience. To do this, hold the driver button for a duration of six seconds or more. Subsequently, pressing the button again will initiate the pump’s restart.

Magnetic Surface Mounting

Installing the Nero 5 pump is a quick process, taking only a minute. The included magnetic mounting system facilitates easy movement of the pump, allowing for a second-long adjustment. This system provides approximately 15 degrees of movement, enabling you to angle the Nero 5 to direct the flow of water in your aquarium to your desired location. The two-part mounting system comprises an inner magnet and an outer magnet that can be coupled together through a gap of less than 0.63 inches of glass. The pump then sits into the beveled inner magnet, resulting in an isolated and quiet mounting configuration.
