Returns and Exchanges

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.

• Unworn or unused, with tags attached (if applicable).

• In its original packaging.

• Accompanied with all original contents, parts, components.

Items Not Eligible for Return: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Hazardous materials, items containing batteries, flammable liquids, or gasses.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Shipping: Customer provided shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns, or returns sent without prior approval, will not be processed.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days; your refund speed will depend on your card issuer, bank, or primary payment processor.

• You will receive a notification email once the refund has been initiated and may be contacted again after it has cleared.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund.
