Return Policy & DOA Policy

    • Shipping Delays and Losses: We are not liable for shipping delays. Claims for losses resulting from shipping delays or mishandling must be filed directly with the carrier selected by the customer. Losses will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
    • Delivery Responsibility: Customers are responsible for being available to receive their packages upon the first delivery attempt.
    • Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy:
    • Claims for DOA corals must be submitted with clear, non-blue photographic or video evidence within one (1) hour of the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier.
    • The package must be received on the initial delivery attempt at the shipping address provided in the original order. Rerouting or interception of packages will void the DOA policy.
    • Post-Arrival Responsibility: We assume no responsibility for coral mortality or damage after successful delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Damage resulting from coral dips for pest removal.
    • Tissue or skeletal damage caused by removal from shipping containers or frag plugs.
    • Shipping Recommendations:
    • We strongly discourage shipping on Thursdays due to the risk of extended transit times over weekends in the event of carrier delays.
    • We monitor weather conditions and will not ship under unfavorable circumstances. However, we are not responsible for damage or mortality caused by unforeseen events such as flight delays, late deliveries, mechanical delays, misplaced or lost packages, temperature fluctuations, damaged boxes, or acts of God.
    • It is the customers responsibility to take immediate action upon package arrival if anomalies occur.
    • Coral Characteristics:
    • Corals are live animals and may exhibit stress during shipping. Acclimation periods may be necessary, and temporary color changes are possible.
    • Our corals are maintained in optimal conditions within species-specific biotypes.
    • Customer Responsibility:
    • Customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with shipping live animals.
    • Customers are responsible for providing suitable aquarium conditions, including placement, lighting, water flow, and water chemistry.
    • Customers are responsible for selecting their delivery date.
    • Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable: All orders are final and non-refundable/non-returnable.
